Welcome to Axiatag. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website (www.axiatag.com) and all services provided by Axiatag, a design and fabrication firm based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

Each service engagement is tailored to the client's needs and outlined in a quote, work order, invoice, or formal agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, with appropriate notice where possible.
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project success. This includes specifications, design goals, contact details, and any supporting documentation or reference materials. Failure to do so may result in delays, increased costs, or termination of the project.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the materials and designs they provide do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
All content on our website, including text, branding, visuals, layouts, and icons, is the exclusive property of Axiatag or licensed third parties.
During projects, Axiatag may generate digital assets, CAD files, renders, and prototypes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original work produced by Axiatag remains the intellectual property of Axiatag until full payment has been received.
Clients retain ownership of the original materials they provide and grant Axiatag a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service agreement.
All services are provided based on a formal quote or invoice approved by the client. Payment is due upon terms specified in the invoice, typically in full prior to the release of final files, fabricated parts, or prototypes.
Accepted payment methods include electronic transfer, credit card (via third-party processor), or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may result in service interruption or cancellation, and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances as permitted by law.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated during project discussions and are subject to complexity, material availability, client responsiveness, and current workload. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Design or fabrication revisions requested after project approval may extend delivery timelines and may incur additional costs.
Shipping and handling for physical goods will be billed separately unless included in the quote. Once items leave our premises, liability for loss or damage during transit falls to the shipping provider.
Axiatag treats all client information and project files with strict confidentiality. Unless otherwise agreed upon, we will not disclose, share, or reproduce any client-provided content outside the scope of the project.
We are open to signing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to reinforce this confidentiality and will store sensitive project files securely on encrypted drives or cloud platforms. Any proprietary or sensitive materials you share will be handled with care.
When clients submit designs, logos, or specifications, they confirm that they have the legal right to use such materials. Axiatag is not responsible for verifying ownership and disclaims liability for claims of infringement. Any resulting legal actions will be the sole responsibility of the client.
We also reserve the right to refuse projects that include offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or unethical content or objectives.
Axiatag delivers high-quality digital and physical prototypes, but cannot guarantee fitness for all manufacturing systems, loads, or use environments unless explicitly stated. Our services are provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Clients are responsible for testing prototypes and designs before full-scale production or application. Under no circumstances will Axiatag be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business interruption, production delays, or lost profits.
Clients may cancel an order or project request prior to commencement of work. Once work has started or materials have been sourced, cancellation may be subject to fees based on time, labor, and expenses incurred. Refunds, if applicable, are processed on a case-by-case basis and at Axiatag's discretion.
Custom and digital design services are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Axiatag reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make timely payment, provides fraudulent or misleading information, or engages in abusive or unethical behavior. Upon termination, the client is responsible for compensating Axiatag for all work completed up to the point of termination.
By using our website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt our systems, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without permission. We maintain cybersecurity protocols and reserve the right to monitor usage and restrict access to anyone who violates these rules.
These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and applicable Canadian federal laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek a resolution through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through arbitration or litigation in Saskatchewan courts, with both parties bearing their own legal costs unless otherwise decided.
Axiatag reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon being published on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies acceptance.
